Headache Tamer Salve

Headache Tamer Salve is crafted with self-heal, feverfew, peppermint, lemon balm, and white pine infused in organic olive oil, then blended with beeswax and essential oils of lavender and rosemary to soothe, cool, and support your head and temples.

Self-heal and feverfew are traditionally known for their calming support for tension and stress-related headaches. Peppermint and white pine bring cooling, refreshing relief, while lemon balm eases agitation and helps settle the mind. Lavender and rosemary essential oils complete the blend with grounding, aromatic support to relax muscles and refresh your senses.

Rub a small amount into temples, the back of the neck, or forehead when tension mounts. Take a deep breath, let the plants do their quiet work, and reclaim a little calm—even in the midst of long days, busy screens, or challenging humans.

More detailed use instructions: Headaches show up for all of us differently, so try one or more of the following options that sound best to you: 1) Rub a bit of salve into your palms, cup them around your nose, and take a few deep breaths, following the 4 seconds inhale - 7 seconds hold - 8 seconds exhale method. 2) Rub a bit of salve into the fleshy parts of your hands between your fingers and thumb, giving yourself a wee hand massage. Wrists too if that feels good. 3) Rub a bit of salve into places that your intuition tells you to rub, for example, into your temples, or forehead, or tight places in your jawline, neck, or shoulders. Trust your instincts, and avoid getting the salve in your eyes. 4) Rub a bit of salve into the soles of your feet, taking care to rub it fully in before you walk again.
