Feel well-rested, relaxed, & recharged. When we feel these things ourselves, then we can offer them as gifts to others just by being ourselves.
Common plant helpers here: local windfall Douglas fir and white pine and cottonwood, wild self-heal, self-seeded lemon balm, a beautiful monster of a hops plant and big old red plum tree left to us by others, and cultivated lavender, chamomile, catmint, catnip, California poppies, roses, peppermint, spearmint, rosemary, tulsi, calendula, horehound, mullein, and lomatium.
