Headache Soother salve

by Ritual Mischief

$18.00

The fresh local plants grown, gathered, and combined into this salve are traditionally known to support human beings with headaches due to tension and stress, eye strain, lack of sleep, skipping meals, insufficient water intake, hangovers, and/or having to deal with a total a$$hole or family or community pain on your own  😝 Here we tend to have headaches due to tension/stress, eye strain, and forgetting to drink enough water. We don't have experience with how these plants help support those with hangovers or with migraines. That said, there are many reasons people have headaches--and some are very serious--so visit your doctor or health care professional whenever pain persists precious people!

To use: Headaches show up for all of us differently, so try one or more of the following options that sound best to you: 1) Rub a bit of salve into your palms, cup them around your nose, and take a few deep breaths, counting up to 5 on the inhale and up to 10 on the exhale. 2) Rub a bit of salve into the fleshy parts of your hands between your fingers and thumb, giving yourself a wee hand massage. Wrists too if that feels good. 3) Rub a bit of salve into places that your intuition (yes, I said it--it's high time to practice trusting it if you don't yet) tells you to rub, for example, into your temples, or forehead, or tight places in your jawline, neck, or shoulders. Trust your instincts, and avoid getting the salve in your eyes. 4) Rub a bit of salve into the soles of your feet, taking care to rub it fully in before you walk again.
