Suggestions for use: Rub the balm onto your upper chest or throat--ideally at times when you can rest and relax. You can also rub a bit on your palms and inhale. May also be beneficial to rub on the soles of your feet before bed. Wash your hands after rubbing in the balm to avoid getting any into your eyes and keep it away from any sensitive skin areas. 

Storage and life of the balm: To extend the life of the balm, store in a cool, dark place  best within 18 months of purchase
