$9.50Gina hand weaves these envelope-style soap bar scrubbies to accompany our soap and dish soap bars. Most this time are shades of green and white and a few are mixed orange, green, and white.
To use: You can tuck a whole soap or dish soap bar inside so that the soap or dish soap + scrubby become a lean, mean, scrubbing machine. Many folks love to use them this way. Or, you can use the scrubby separately from the soap and dish soap bars. I like to keep mine side by side, because I've observed that the faster the bar dries, the longer it lasts. We also like to use these scrubbie sleeves as soap savers--we tuck little bits of odds and ends bars into them so that tiny bits and pieces can be useful and not lost.
As mentioned on the dish soap bar pages, our dish soap bars work best in combination with a dishcloth, loofah, or these dish scrubbies! These scrubbies work fine for cleaning everyday plates and cups and flatware. Not recommended for use with heavy duty pots and pans.
Size and materials: Made to snuggly fit our 4-ounce soap and dish soap bars. Hand woven out of cotton and cotton/polyester blend.
To wash: These can be washed in the washing machine and reused until they begin to fall apart. I rinse ours well by hand and then add them in to a load of kitchen towels in the washing machine and the dryer.
